Astrea’s Grand Selection Oscietra (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii) is harvested from purebred Russian sturgeon aged 18 years, this caviar is carefully aged 4 months before packing to develop its rich, nuanced flavors.

Soft grey to onyx black pearls with golden highlights, showcasing a luxurious sheen.
Taste
Decadent and oily, with deep, rich ocean flavors. The palate experiences a clean, saline-driven finish that evokes the freshness of the sea.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped overnight with Fedex's special Periship service, the leadig delivery service for perishable goods (UPS available upon request). Your caviar is packed in specially made insulated packaging to keep your order fresh and cold for over 48 hours.

We offer unrivaled affordability in overnight shipping with a flat rate of $30 to all 50 states in America.

Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is available to most locations within the continental United States for an additional $25 fee. At this time, Saturday delivery is not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping Methods & Time:
We ship Monday through Thursday, Friday shipping for Saturday delivery for the above mentioned fee. We ship all days outside of Federal Holidays.
In order to guarantee next day delivery, order must be received before 1:00PM PST. Orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped on the following business day unless Saturday delivery is requested. We do not deliver to P.O. Box as caviar is perishable.
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been processed.
